VSP - (Vision Service Plan) - We no longer can bill VSP directly, VSP patients are welcome to come in for an eye exam.  However, your claim must be self submitted for your "out-of network" benefit.  Our staff will provide you with an itemized receipt at the time of service/payment.

MEDICARE  - Medicare does NOT cover routine vision and because of that we do NOT bill Medicare in any capacity, regardless of whether there is a medical diagnosis found.  Our office has opted out of any relationship with Medicare in order to keep our prices competitive and to streamline billing.  Many patients who visit us have Medicare, they choose to pay out of pocket for an exam.
